Come in and meet our Galderma Rep! Schedule your Dysport appointment between 11am – 3pm, purchase 30+ dosages and receive 10 DOSAGES FREE along with a FREE BOX LUNCH. Appointment must be made ahead of time, (815.322.2530) and a $50 deposit required.
